1 slice Bimbo Double Fiber Bread (cut into large cubes and toasted until crisp)
1 teaspoon parsley (chopped)
1 pinch salt
1 pinch ground white pepper
1 red serrano pepper (sliced)
Vegetable oil spray
Prepare two individual soufflé pans with a little spray oil.
Mix the broccoli, egg, low-fat sour cream, kefir, and toasted bread cubes in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into the pre-greased molds and top with sliced parsley and Serrano pepper.
Bake at 180°C for 12 minutes or until golden.
NOTE: Avoid overcooking the mixture, as it may become hard or dry out.
