Learn more about our host cities

To provide each edition with a unique flair, the BGR
draws inspiration from a different city every year..

Where did they come from?

Throughout its 80-year history, Grupo Bimbo has expanded its presence worldwide. To honor global diversity, we created Host Cities, allowing each city to bring its unique essence to the BGR..

What is their function?

These cities inspire us with their culture and also allow Bimbo Global Runners to run in a new country by winning the women's and men's 10K categories..

How do they inspire us?

To celebrate global diversity, each year a host city leaves its mark on the BGR by embodying its name, colors, and culture on the official T-shirt, which becomes a collectible souvenir and inspiration for the Bimbo Global Runners..

Host
city 2025

In 2021, Mexico City strengthened its commitment to our cause, providing us with an unforgettable experience!

This year, it will serve as the venue for our 10th anniversary.
